At Saw It Loved It we always want to provide the best for all our customers so if your item doesn't meet your expectations you may send your order back for a full refund.
Please note the following conditions for refunding orders:
Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with noticeable damage which renders the product un-usable please follow these steps.
Photograph the box with any damage visible.
Photograph packaging with the box
Photograph the damaged item
Finally send these all through to shanekeen@sawitlovedit.co.uk
Once I receive all of these images I will send out a replacement for you.
